They speak to you with respect and their professionalism and quality of work is of a high calibre. They helped us upgrade an old oil furnace to a new heat pump system and they made the process smooth and hassle-free. Bill is very knowledgeable and a master of his trade, he quickly identified the best system for our application and in the process guided us to a system that we not only love but has saved us on our heating bill. Our experience with Bill and his team was very positive and we felt very well taken care of. We highly recommend Clarke Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for the ultimate in customer service.

The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Overall, I would highly recommend Clarke Heating and Cooling to anybody!!

(August 24, 2021, 4:49 am)Clarke Heating and Cooling installed a heat pump for my parents who are seniors. Great communication and service from the start. Bill explained the process and options thoroughly. He also coordinated with the electrician to get the project started as soon as possible during a heat wave. The crew did a great installation and my parents are loving the AC.

Bill stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, from first contact through to installation and follow up. He went above and beyond and provided clear instruction on what information was needed to submit for the BC Hydro rebate and where to find it. The entire team was professional and respectful and took the time to explain how the system works, and how and when to do proper maintenance. I highly recommend Bill Clarke and his team at Clarke Heating and Cooling.
