(January 9, 2021, 3:50 pm)From the moment my husband and I arrived we were in awww. Bright, beautiful, exceptionally clean. Every detail from fresh flowers in the bedroom and seating area with a panoramic view of the ocean, knitted slipper socks, high quality robes, a welcome letter with both of our names, so many meaningful details The bedroom had a bed fit for a princess, white sheets, white duvet, both smelled like they had been out in the fresh ocean air drying on the close line. The smell getting into bed was amazing.
We were provided with a fresh local tray of beautiful food to make our breakfast. Farm fresh eggs, gorgeous bread, granola made here in sooke, preserves and more.
The sound of silence, gentle ocean air, and warmth from the fire, provided us with space that left us in each other’s arms with out a care in the world.
This experience was beyond needed in our crazy lives. I will be booking several times a year taking the time to slow down and be in the moment! Sweet Serenity is a hidden gem on the west coast :)
