(May 23, 2021, 3:32 am)Andrew is the best! He helped us find an amazing home in a super tough market, even with our toddler in tow. I really believe that Andrew cares about the long term happiness and well being of our family. A few times Andrew talked us out of a property, which extended our search, but ultimately got us into a much better house. I would whole wholeheartedly recommend working with Andrew! He also helped us unload the moving truck!!!

(December 18, 2019, 6:27 pm)As an out of province and first time buyer, Andrew was essential in helping me navigate the tricky waters of the Victoria Real Estate Market. When I arrived for my house hunting trip the market had swallowed up 20 of the 23 properties I was interested in, almost over night. Andrew was able to quickly adapt and overcome the sudden market adjustment. His connections and background networking were able to pinpoint and predict all the obstacles that would have caused problems. In the end, when other parties lacked professionalism, it was Andrew who ensured a successful condo purchase for me. I don't believe I would have gotten such a good deal or such a good condo without him.

It turns out we had to finalize our sale at sea somewhere between Greece and Italy. The resources he provided us made that process seamless and he had our back every step of the way. Thanks to Andrew, my wife and I have an entirely new appreciation for the hard work and commitment involved in real estate sales. Worth every penny.
