(September 12, 2021, 5:16 am)I was stressed out and feeling a lot of tension in my lower back and neck. I went to Kristen not sure what craniosacral therapy was but willing to keep an open mind. I could not believe how much better I felt when I walked out of there compared to when I walked in. Highly recommend!

I was suffering from neuralgia across the left side of my face and the relief I was able to get because of Kristen was amazing. I have little to no symptoms now and when I do, I know I need to see Kristen and then I am good again. Kristen brings my body back into balance. She is so good at reading the body. I recommend her to everyone I know.
