(June 27, 2022, 6:33 am)came into the whale road location with an urgent issue 5 minutes until close and the guys welcomed me with open arms. they stayed late and fixed my problem in an efficient and timely manner free of charge. Couldn’t be happier with my service the boys were nice and explained to me what was going on in a way i could completely understand. I will 100% be returning for all of my vehicle repair needs. Great crew🙏

(June 12, 2022, 4:27 pm)I was experiencing really bad jolting in my SUV while accelerating, and at one point my car wouldn’t move. I eventually got to this Mr Lube location and was serviced immediately. Everything was fixed and cleaned and they went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was running smoothly. I was in and out within 25 minutes with my vehicle running 10 times better. Best experience at a Mr lube by far! Thanks guys!

(June 9, 2022, 10:11 pm)We love the team at Mr.Lube in Colwood. Always attentive, caring, and they go above and beyond. We get the same top notch customer service with oil change, slashed tire, or a simple headlight bulb burnout. And even some hot chocolate and activity book added-on. 😊

They were super personable and professional, and did a good job explaining why my car should have some services done rather then just telling me to get them done. I dont think i need to comment on the quality of work they did, because i think the before and after pictures speak for themselves.

I had a brake issue and I went to see Mitch at Mr. Lube Langford and he got me all fixed up and did an amazing job. Mitch truly goes above and beyond. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my vehicles maintenance needs. I highly recommend!
