  Mike Moore is an exceptional agent. We had a very confusing and intricate transaction. It required a lot of time on the phone with ICBC. Several calls, double checking and following up. He took precise notes, questioned misquoted discount rates. We meet with him twice and both times he resolved difficult issues and was very diligent. We both have been CEO’s in our life time and would have been very pleased to have him on our team. Well done Mike and thank you.

  I have been a happy customer of SeaFirst Insurance for a few years now - entrusting them with my cars, home, and personal insurance. The East Saanich Rd. staff are always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I cannot speak highly of them enough and heartily recommend them for anyone's insurance needs. I'd like to add a special nod to Rick Chisholm who recently helped me get the best deal on an insurance package for my son who is about to take to the road with his Learner's licence.

  We switched all of our commercial insurance over to SeaFirst last year and we couldn't be happier. The staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Their review of our insurance needs resulted in superior coverage - always a bonus. Their response time to requests for additional services has been very quick. They are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Our only regret is that we wish we'd switched over earlier to enjoy the great service! We have no hesitation in recommending SeaFirst for all of your insurance needs - both personal and business. You won't be disappointed.
