  Saanichton Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic is decent, but we mainly go here only when we can't get away for a weekend in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, or Indian Wells.
  The prices here are a tad high for the facility and massages, most of the massage therapists are not extremely experienced. The turn over is pretty high. According to some of the therapists their cut of the $105 for 50 mins. is not much at all.
  Anyway, this particular location feels a little claustrophobic, there is absolutely no privacy unless you are in a shower stall.
  The quiet room has several reclining chairs that look like they were stolen from a retirement home in Arizona.
  And after a nap in the dark-quiet room you'll need another massage because the little cubby hole partitioned seats are awkward, think economy seats on Southwest.
  Some of the people that work here take their jobs a little too seriously, they can be like rent a cops in training.
  Not quite the upscale serene environment that you dream of going to for a relaxing massage.
  But it's close.

  After a lower back injury, Kieran was able to teach me exercises that not only provided me immediate relief, but helped to strengthen my core to prevent something like this from happening again. As the routines allowed me to rebuild my strength, he adapted the exercises to keep me from stagnating.
  
  Kieran listens to your observations and needs as a patient and works from his expertise with you to find the best treatment for you, the individual. He is also very gentle when manual therapy is applied as well.
  
  Unlike other professionals who just hook you up to a machine and watch the clock go, Kieran puts in the time and effort to help you heal.
