They are very knowledgeable and did excellent work in my yard clearing brush, seeding my lawns after proper preparation, trimming trees, mulching, etc. The men arrived on time, were very professional and cleaned up beautifully when the work was completed.

(August 1, 2021, 3:38 am)After decades of having other companies do our annual trimming of trees, shrubs and hedges, including a cedar hedge that is about 20 feet tall and 80 feet wide, we were most fortunate this year to have engaged Ascent. They are the best and we highly recommend this cost-competitive company. Jake and Trevor did an excellent job, were entirely open to everything we asked of them, and readily re-visited that massive hedge when we asked them to lower it further. Their clean-up was meticulous, including (without our asking) taking away a pile of yard waste that we had accumulated ourselves. We definitely intend to call them back next year.

(July 6, 2021, 11:53 pm)We had the team do a spring tidy up in February with trimming, weeding and bringing in mulch. They did a superb job and responded quickly to requested "adjustments" to our plan.
In June we called them back to deal with a difficult sloped area overrun with weeds. They came up with some great suggestions and completed the work very effectively and as promised.
We will have them back again for more work when the situation warrants. I have no problem recommending Ascent Yard Care to anyone in need of yardwork on the South Island. -

They worked carefully around the native plants and exceeded expectations with their thoroughness. I am so happy with the result and would definitely recommend Ascent for yard and tree work.

He showed up on time, sent before and after pictures of the work and gave honest advice on what needed to be done as if it was his home. As a remote homeowner, that kind of eyes and ears to the ground is invaluable. Thanks Jake, see you for fall cleanup!
