(December 22, 2022, 9:57 pm)This is a service story. 3 days before Christmas I walk in for breakfast and am told before anything else that they can't offer any hot beverages because the pipes froze. The Arctic Outflow had struck over the last few days and it was totally understandable.
The hostess offered whatever I wanted on the menu except coffee or tea. It was a crisis moment for me . . . I'd just dropped my truck across the street for an emergency battery-ectomy and hadn't had my first coffee of the day.
Booth please.
There was only a handful of customers in and there was much discussion amongst the staff about how the day was to proceed. They ultimately decided to close for the day and until the water problem was resolved.
My meal appeared quickly and soon after I started eating a server came by and said she was able to get some coffee from the gas station across the street, did I want some? OH YES PLEASE! Piping hot and delicious. She performed one of a few miracles I experienced on this day.
All the Floyd's staff I encountered are friendly, thoughtful and dedicated. Bravo to them and the people who find them and give them a cheerful work place. Thanks for a memorable breakfast. -

(December 14, 2022, 8:20 pm)I would like to start of by saying I am not usually a breakfast person but the breakfast at Floyd’s is to die for. The bc hash was amazing the portions, sausage and bacon particularly were amazing. That was the best bacon I have ever had! I was so full and satisfied. My server ying was so friendly and informative. Although the wait times for food were a little long our server kept coming back to check on our drinks and refill them for us. We were so pleased with her service and kindness. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you!!

(December 11, 2022, 8:26 pm)I've been regularly eating at Floyd's since 2007 and this location has the same excellent service and food as all the other locations. I am slightly disappointed I can't have breakfast here as I start work at 7:30am, but at least I can duck out for lunch from time to time.
Edit: This is a brand new location and it's VERY popular, with probably the largest parking lot between all other locations. I've since eaten here at 8:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm and 2:30pm respectively, across multiple weekends and weekdays. Expect a wait between 10am and 2pm. This is pretty much on par with all locations though, and is due to their popularity. I come here for the quality food, attentive service, and nostalgic atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend it for a "quick bite" after 8:30am. Being "too popular" can be a bit of a course, but it won't stop me from coming back from time to time.
