Over the course of several months he helped ease alot of tension in my back from the bad strain.. and I've continued going to him ever since. Michael has magic hands that csn ease your aching muscles. He's also very knowledgeable and experienced . The location is amazing and great parking as well. If your looking for an amazing professional and experienced massage therapist go to Espen Wellness to see Michael!

(September 21, 2021, 2:14 pm)I've been dealing with a chronic knee injury for 3 years now, had my first treatment yesterday to see if this would help. Great massage and did feel some pain relief throughout the day afterwards. I booked another appointment a week from now and am hoping this route of treatment will help me resolve this issue. Very professional and comfortable space.

(September 7, 2021, 4:34 pm)I had back pain from an injury that was restricting my range of motion a great deal, which was really challenging for me as a yoga teacher. The stiffness seemed to be "stuck" at that limited range. Michael worked on it thoroughly and just putting my own socks on after was amazing! He is professional, respectful and obviously very efficient as I felt some relief instantly. Thank you and I will keep going until I'm 100% again, committing to maintenance to ensure I stay strong and healthy.
