  One of my favourite places to go for a run, walk, to walk the dog, or bike riding.
  is especially pretty to go in the evening when it's sunset, on a really sunny day it's very beautiful.
  I enjoy that they have the maps for the trails, that's helpful.
  And every year they do the meteor shower where you can stay overnight, that is a almost annual thing for us.
  I would highly recommend going here for exercise or if your just feeling like you're wanting to escape from everyday life, it's close enough to the city but far enough to feel like you're taking a break from life.

  The park is divided into spaces for small dogs and big dogs. If you have a small dog that’s new to you it’s a great park to go to. Lots of friendly people. Just worked for the Eagles overhead.

  This park is beautiful year round. It really is like an Oasis in an area alway busy with traffic. The Grove is a great place to picnic, hike and just hang out with friends and family. It is also an excellent place to bring your kids and pups. There are covered and uncovered picnic tables, heated bathrooms and wide open fields to play. There is one area currently under construction which should be completed by late spring and three trails, one is one km long, another 3.5 km long and the longest is 6 km long. They are all moderate difficulty with some steep climbs so if you are thinking of coming for a walk, bring supportive footwear.

  Great park for a walk. Bring your kids or dog, or both! No playground, lots of parking. Much nicer with the lake being filled in. Large washroom facilities.
  Had family photos taken on the East side.
