The order came up a bit short for whatever reason so I gave them a call (it was a large order, these things happen). They were really friendly over the phone and told me they'd send out a cheque to reimburse me for the amount of wood that was short. No hassle at all, just great customer service. They won me over as a customer for life! Highly recommended.
