We stored our trailer for a month so we could go to Ucluelet twice in one summer. We needed work done and Fay worked with the RV guy to arrange pick up and return. Excellent communication and service! -

(April 5, 2021, 1:06 am)Today Space Gain and their team went above and beyond than I could ever imagine. Movers came earlier than expected, I had 1 unit booked (completely underestimated). Angela not only answered each and every call on a Sunday but until I was all settled she was helping me over the phone and offered a great deal to me, realizing I was in a tough spot! Who does that in today's world? I am honestly mind blown and recommend them to anyone who needs storage. You will be surprised with the outstanding customer service and overall experience.
PS- facility is super clean and easy to get in and out -
