Kat was recommended as a rock solid buyer's agent and helped keep our emotions at bay (which secured our ocean view home for under our max budget and under appraised value). I've also heard great things about Vittoria Solda if you need to get SOLD ASAP!

She helped us understand the ever changing market, preferred areas, navigate flood and tsunami zones.
After a full Saturday of viewing a variety of houses, she suggested one more, that definitely was not on our radar. But turned out to be just what we wanted. She always made herself available by phone and gave virtual tours to help us to figure out what we wanted.

Marilyn, a seasoned property manager, was the best choice for me as I was selling my family home which had been a rental property for a number of years. She instinctively knew what I needed to do to present my house for selling. Her advise and ideas were filled with common sense and completely doable! She promoted my house, encouraged me, advised me and walked me through the entire process!
