She made it easy for me by using email, phone calls and docu-sign as well as being available to me in the late afternoon and evening. We did the whole thing without meeting once face to face! Michelle was just who I needed to handle this mortgage. I look forward to meeting her someday! Lol!

With a kind yet energetic approach she explained the process and assured she could handle all the limitations I had with getting a mortgage. Best choice I made was choosing her to represent me! During the process she was a call or text away & always had time for my questions. With a rushed time frame she made it work and I now live in a wonderful new home. Michelle is great at her job and very personable. Best mortgage broker ever!
