Just cooked the top sirloin steak & it is so tender. Marv sent along his cooking tips which are super helpful as well. Can't wait for my next order! Thank you!!

Not only was Marvin so incredibly easy to deal with, but he also hand delivered my 1/4 cow to me! Customer service was amazing and Marvin explained to me all the different cuts of meat and even shared some recipes. I can say in confidence that I have never eaten grass fed/grass finished beef and the taste difference is night and day! Also, it gives me peace of mind knowing the meat is ethically sourced. Will definitely be a return customer :)
