(July 9, 2020, 4:20 pm)We entered into a listing agreement with Charlotte on May 25, 2020 to sell a recently-renovated manufactured home. We worked with her to set a realistic selling price and she prepared high quality promotional photos of the interior and exterior of the unit. Within days, Charlotte was showing the home to prospective buyers and in less than a month she was able to bring us an offer that was 92% of our asking price. The deal closed quickly and without any problems. Throughout the process, Charlotte was very easy to deal with. She was friendly, prompt, and honest, and represented us well in negotiations. We could basically communicate with her 7 days a week if necessary. I would definitely recommend using Charlotte and the Remax YQL team!
