She went above and beyond last year to help us file our taxes early, before we left the country to do some volunteer work for a few months. We were feeling frazzled and had a lot on our plate to get done before we left, and she made that worry about getting our taxes done before we left completely vanish, she took care of everything and made things so convenient for us, it took that weight off our shoulders completely!
