2 night stay in 416 December 17-19. Pool and slide not working. Disappointing when that’s the entire reason you booked this hotel as I have a 8 year old son. TV channels wernt working hotel wide. Told it was because of the cold weather. Not sure how that’s possible. Room was extremely hot. Shut the heat off and opened the window and it was comfortable by 3am. Needless to say not much of a sleep.
I found the bed very firm and the pillows not comfortable. The positives were Breakfast was decent and hotel was fairly clean throughout. I have another booking at this property in a couple of months. Not sure if I will keep it as this wasn’t a very positive experience. Some members in our group were given 50$ off there stay because the pool and slide weren't working, but others were told that’s not my problem by the front desk.

Update March 11-13th.
Stayed for another weekend. Experience was much better. Room temperature was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and kids had a blast in the pool and on the slide. Also TVs we’re working this time.
I would say overall experience between the 2 stays was much better after this second weekend.

Nice hotel, well kept. Very basic typical hotel breakfast. Pool and workout room are nice. And maintained. Would stay here again.

Ok I guess. Heat wasn't working and they couldn't switch my room they were booked. Second night was going to go down to -17 outside and they would not provide me with a portable heater as another guest had it. Walmart is across the street but would rather have someone potentially freeze than buying one? Anyways, hope they enjoy their water bill as I had to heat the room by hot steam from the shower. 3rd day theybprovided me with a portable heater though. Everything else was good.

Annabelle at the front desk does such a great job making you feel welcome and is so accomandating. All the staff here are some of the most friendly and helpful people you will meet. Keep up the great work!! Best hotel in miles around!
