I called them due to a slow-draining tub. Ill spare you all the details, but they had to dig through concrete to replace the trap under it. So when they called to let me know it was done, I hardly paid attention when he mentioned they had put in a new drain. Yes, thats what I paid you for... What he meant was a new drain hole & stopper thingy. For me, thats a nice addition. Im sure I paid for it, but still, it was a neat little surprise when I got home and went to shower. Through the whole ordeal, they were super transparent and explained everything. All of my options, potential complications, and a rough estimate if there were no hiccups. In the end, it was a bigger job than anticipated. But for the time they spent, I found it to be really affordable. They will definitely be the ones I call if I ever need anything again!
