The are consistently helping out people who are newbies and always there for a nice chat to the returners. They are keeping the launch very organized, there is always a steady flow with little or no wait to launch or load. The Cafe is a great touch to the Marina! The food and drink is very well priced. (June 8, 2021, 4:29 pm)This is a breath of fresh air for the Sylvan Marina/Boat Launch! I put our boat in the marina last week and was kindly greeted with The Launch team in the staging area. It was a professional procedure and nice to have some order down there. The coffee shop is fantastic too. Another thing to note is that the fuel supplied by The Launch and available to boaters is not outrageously priced like in times before. Good on you guys. Keep it up!

Scott the owner went above and beyond to satisfy all our needs from the moment we arrived. Will definitely recommend to others in the area. Previous years left us exhausted before launching as we always had to drive to the other side of the lake. So happy we found a place so accommodating - and what an aesthetically pleasing renovation and upgrade the building inside and out!
