(April 24, 2021, 4:19 pm)My renovation is ongoing and the stairs were by far the easiest and most satisfying purchase. I would, and do, recommend RM to anyone looking for a new set of stairs.
First connection with RM Precast was John. He is genuinely so friendly, and worked with me in doing all the measurements to make sure they worked with my house and budget. I was well informed with all projected costs and preparation needed for the new stairs. AND John saw the whole project through.
You don't just get one person who works on your stairs, you get the stair engineer who validates the stair requirements and installs them with such care and skill. I needed a crane to deliver this beauty and the stairs are worth every penny. My engineer had to work extra hard with my property and this review will never shine bright enough for my experience with them. Other stairs from anybody else, I do not think would cut it. -
