Great place to ride and learn! Amazing coach!

I can't say enough about how wonderful KG Country and the owner Karen are. Whether you're an experienced rider or have never ridden before -- as in my case -- Karen's knowledge and coaching will benefit you no matter where you're at. Her commitment to horse and rider safety is evident and appreciated -- which should be of note to anyone looking at getting lessons for their children! My experience riding here has been a pleasure and will continue to be.

Karen is a wonderful trainer and has alot of knowledge to share about horses. You can see the care and love she puts into each horse. Very flexible hours and days. A friend more then a trainer!

Karen is a amazing coach/teacher!!! I started my lessons in December and I hadn’t been on a horse in almost 20 years. She teaches much more then just sitting in the saddle. She has a passion for horses and knowledge of the beautiful animal it truly shines through her teaching. I have learnt so much about horses and how to be more confident being around them. It’s a super comfortable atmosphere and peaceful country setting with all the horses in the field next to the arena makes for good lessons on horse behaviour some days. Also learning all kinds of horse breeds and colouring as they are in the field beside us as we are doing the ridding lesson. I have had the pleasure of meeting a few of the boarders and everyone has been so kind and friendly. Honestly exceeded my expectations of what riding lessons would be like as a adult. Thanks to Karen I am making a dream of mine come true and now I can see myself owning my own horse one day soon and boarding with KG Country Stables!!!

Karen (owner/coach) knows her stuff! Relaxed atmosphere with a family feel. Boarders & students are all very friendly, supportive and helpful with one and other. Everyone wants everone to succeed 😁. Group, semi-private and private western riding lessons. Young horse training lessons, and horse start to finish lessons. Clinics, and trail riding excursions (for boarders & students). There are also childrens riding day camps in the summer. Short drive north of Edmonton.
If you want a long term place to take lessons and/or board your horse with a great group of fellow boarders/students you need to check this place out!!! You won't be disappointed!
