Kaidian delivers a very high quality product and customizes your project to suit your needs every step of the way. Shane and his trades are very friendly and helpful and open to innovative ways to realize your design and build goals. If you can imagine it, I am pretty sure these guys can build it. Even during these tough times of the pandemic, the Kaidian team was able to keep the project moving with only minor delays. Our basement is beautifully finished and is everything we had hoped for! We were so impressed with their work we had them renovate another home of ours.

The owner (Shane) has a wealth of knowledge and ensures your home is built to the highest standards without breaking the bank. I would highly encourage you to check out one of his show homes, specifically the mechanical room.. this area will say it all, in how they take the time, care and thought into building a home that will stand the test of time. I highly recommend this company.
