(July 29, 2020, 7:44 pm)I have taken lessons from Alicia for years-I have been at a few different fitness levels through those years and she always meets you where you are and helps you find ways to be successful.She will give you a great workout but is very mindful of helping us all have good form so as not to be injured.I highly recommend her yoga classes.On top of being a really great teacher she also happens to be an exceptional human being with a generous heart and spirit.And I always enjoy her nuggets of life lessons and stories which she tells when she wants to distract you into holding a pose longer!

(July 29, 2020, 7:26 pm)Alicia is so warm and welcoming! Her classes are just the right balance of challenging and relaxing. She’s understanding when it’s been a rough week, open to suggestions and what you need to focus on, and encourages you to reach just a little farther, longer, harder, deeper for something right when you need it. The classes are great for newbies or veterans, or newly returning and in less shape than you want to be’s. Her classes meet you where you are and provide some framework for continued growth. Will be returning whenever I can to join this lovely lady!

She is funny, personable, extremely knowledgeable, and has a sincere interest in providing the best teaching possible for her students.
