(December 17, 2021, 3:34 pm)My family went on the Polar express Thursday evening, both the boys love trains and were super excited to see it. Our oldest got overwhelmed and was starting to have a meltdown. One of the staff (who was making the rounds talking to people) came and got at eye level and told him what was happening. She was able to calm him down, we were super impressed and cannot believe how awesome everything was.
On the way home from the north pole the whole train car was singing along with the Christmas carols. It was truly magical. The staff in the station was awesome and the gift shop as well .We definitely want to go again next year and have already recommended it to our friends. -

(December 14, 2021, 1:20 am)My family and I have done the Polar Express twice now and it is so much fun. My grandson was in awe both times. The actors do such a fantastic job and you get treats along the way. Great way to get you in the Christmas spirit. Watching the movie first makes it even more magical.

(November 30, 2021, 12:26 am)We go every years for the Polar Express train ride and we love it! It's great for families. You get hot chocolate, cookies, collectible mugs and bags, as well as an engraved bell. It's Soo much fun and the kids always love it.

(August 31, 2021, 5:43 am)Had lots of fun on the train this past weekend. The staff makes it very fun for people at all ages. With covid it is understandable they had to modify the route to stop in a small town (warden) for small carnival games, hay rides, petting zoo, etc.. I hope in the near future the train ride to big valley resumes but stopping in Warden is a great alternative. I will definitely be riding the train again in the future!
