Last week I made an appointment to have my tires put on, and the vehicle was ready in less time than expected. The service was professional and friendly. A few days later I went back to have the lug nuts torqued, and the young employee greeted me immediately in a friendly and respectful manner, and had me out of there in under five minutes. That included resetting the tire pressure monitoring system. I was impressed! I will go back.

Denis was working the front desk and listened to my frustrations I was experiencing with my current tires. His level of customer service was stellar. He immediately recommended two tire brands known to survive the harsh winters we have in AB, as well as our dry summers. I wanted something that could with stand year round weather. He actually brought me to the back to physically show me the tires, he explained the tread and the history behind the brands to back the product up. He also explained the customer care plan in detail and answered all the questions I had. I took a day to decide which brand I wanted to go with. The ordering and booking process was as simple as one phone call. They had the tires in the next day ready for installation. Maria was helping me the day of installation. She was knowledgeable and patient with any remaining questions I had regarding the overall warranty and installation process. While my car was in the garage, Maria brought back the report thoroughly explaining the service inspection. She even took pictures on the phone to show me one of the concerns they discovered. There was no push for further sales what so ever. He went above and beyond to provide me with a quote to have the recommended work done in the future. The quote was very reasonable. Silver auto also matches tire quotes from other providers. My install was finished well under the time they quoted. I highly recommend using silver auto for any tire or service work. I feel safe with my new tires and extremely happy with the care they took to help me out.
