(May 1, 2022, 4:37 pm)This is an excellent general use facility. It has a nice walking track, full fitness classes of all types and an array of exercise machines. The atmosphere is much more relaxed than other gyms. The facility also has a pool, rink, 3 gym floors for sports and restaurants. Great place to get in shape.

(April 12, 2022, 3:04 am)Second floor dedicated to the gym space (and a sports bar). The machines are quality with technology that helps your routine. Good amount of cardio equipment. Running track is nice and has pockets of areas for working out as well. Good quality and amount of cleaning supplies. It's a multiplex, so there's a lot to do (swim, soccer, basketball, skate, ice hockey, workout, run track, eat at Starbucks/Booster Juice/sports bar).
The facility looks dated and it makes it look unclean, in fact it may not be that clean. The men's locker room was small and so is the gym space. There's not a good amount of workout machines available. Staff are helpful in person but I've been waiting over a week for an email reply to an application for a student membership. It's a multiplex, so it's kid friendly - which is up to you to decide if that's a pro or a con. -
