(March 26, 2022, 3:50 pm)I had an appointment this past Wednesday and it was a horrible time - not any fault of the staff, just the sheer wait time and the tension between other customers in line. It was hectic for staff and visitors and unfortunately one of the necessary tests was missed and I had to come back in today, Saturday. I had to use the app to save my place and I was seen after a 30 minute wait - an improvement from Wednesday. However, the main reason my visit was so pleasant today was because of Salvador. He was a ray of sunshine, he was singing, making conversation, and just a pleasure to meet. I hope I get him again when I go back for more tests next month.

(February 23, 2022, 5:47 am)This place is well managed. We walked in on a Saturday, arrived at 11:50 am, there were only 4 people in front of us in the line, and the help desk called us at 11:56 am. He mentioned up front that there was a wait time for 15-20 minutes and asked us if we were okay to wait. It didn't even take that much time, and we were called in for the blood work. The staff member was very courteous and was paying lots of attention to detail. She helped us with patience and made sure she was not poking aimlessly for blood. She made sure the veins were visible enough and then only inserted the needle for blood work. When you're waiting outside, your first name is also displayed on the screen, showing your number in the queue that keeps you well informed about the wait times. The reports were made available to our GP on Monday morning.

(February 1, 2022, 7:16 pm)Had to have blood work done and went here. Gentleman at the desk gave me a very friendly greeting as I arrived and a 15 min wait which I expected to be longer. Lady that did the blood work was also very pleasant. Keep up the good work in these stressful times. We appreciate all you do.

Grateful to the staff for being there - especially under the circumstances and current environment. Was there today and a shoutout to Christian (part of "relief" team) for his excellent technical skills (I did not feel the poke of the needle at all) and his amazing communication skills.
