I also couldn't figure out why it wasn't turning on after it was turned off for the winter. And he walked me through a few possible issues. Solved the problem over the phone and didn't charge me for a service call.
Impeccable service and customer service.

(September 13, 2015, 5:20 am)Clarence and the guys at CoolTech installed an AC unit in my home. We are very happy with the service we received. The workmanship was very professional and the install was completed in less than a day.
A month later we had an issue with our furnace. Called Clarence and he was over the next morning to help us out with the problem.
Very prompt, reliable, quality work. Would recommend to everyone. -
