(July 13, 2019, 5:17 am)I was given Ben’s number from a mutual friend. That day changed my life. Prior to calling Ben, we went to our branch to get a pre-approval and didn’t have a good vibe. Tried another broker and still something wasn’t right. We waited for weeks and nothing was happening, they kept saying “they were waiting to hear back” So I called Ben.
Well within 36 hours we were pre-approved. He made us feel very comfortable and he actually truly cares about his clients. He went above and beyond his duty, he had no problem answering all of my questions and explain step by step what was going to happen next. He got us a great interest rate and followed up after multiple times just to check in and see how we were doing. Worked around my crazy hours and was always available for us. Always answered the phone and always a pleasure to talk to! Truly a great person and will definitely go through him in the future. Will refer him to everyone I know.
Me and my wife couldn’t be happier in our new home!!
