(June 6, 2022, 11:36 pm)I love vetnamese food, and I try different places too. And whenever I go to the vetnamese restaurants for the first time, I always order Pho. Cause I belive the broth of the pho is what decides if this is good vetnamese restaurant or not. Unfortunately, Thang Long's pho did not meet my expectations. First of all, it was bit too oily. So I added their sauce for broth and it became too salty. Rice noodle was too weak so it was hard to grab with chopsticks (I am an asian so I know how to use my chopsticks) My husband's choice of food was good, however he chewed on something hard during meal too. Staff was prompt at first but never checked on us entire time after. I am usually very good at this star review and usually give 5 stars, however I think 3 stars are more than fair.
