(May 21, 2021, 8:37 pm)I was surprised to see so many negative reviews as my experience was quite positive, unless of course, I forgot which company did my repair work. A condo unit of mine flooded and the condo management company used this company so I had no choice in the matter. They finished in a timely manner. Not as quickly as originally stated but one additional unforeseen issue did arise so that's just the nature of the beast. I was able to keep in good contact with one individual (Chris I believe) and when I had my final walk through, I did see any issues. Unfortunately this was second water loss issue at this unit within a year and compared to the previous company that did the work, it was a night and day difference. So comparing to one other company, they did fantastic work.
