Lake Ridge Apartments

I have nothing but positive things to say about this apartment after close to 54 months.
It's very clean and quiet and the building manager, Christina Ho, is the consumate pro who is always here to help even AFTER HOURS.
She is perfectly suited for the job and has an amazing sense of humor.
If you're looking for a place in Spruce Grove this is it.
Terrific location within walking distance of numerous businesses and only 15 minutes to West Edmonton. Doesn't get much better.

There are so many good things to say about these apartments, by far Christina is at the top of the list. Since my husband first starting living there as a bachelor, to today when we are married, we've been here for quite awhile. Overall the apartments are quiet, safe, secure, warm, and the maintenance does well. The storage space is nice, the water gets hot, and having a postal dropoff for packages is nice and if they are dropped to your door you know you'll get them.
Only a few negatives overall, such contracting out for maintenance instead of keeping on our kind maintenance man, having difficult neighbours, and other things like that. However on the whole it is a good place to live. Again, Christina is the best part. Having such an amazing building manager is hugely important and she really does do her best to resolve neighbour disputes or help find solutions and is quick to respond.

I absolutely love living at the Lake Ridge Apartments. The property manager, Christina, is so amazing. The property is well maintained and has cleaners come in a few times a week. Everyone I’ve met is very friendly and respectful here. I have a 9 year old daughter, and she loves the playground next door, as well as the big open field across the street. I would recommend living here to anybody. :)

This building is a great place to live in, it is close to a number of amenities and the suites are very spacious and the floor plans are nice. I especially liked the size of the balconies and the proximity to the park and greenspace.

The building manager is extremely accommodating and is great with communication. I have never had better communication with fast responses regarding things like: repairs or maintenance, parking inquiries for guests or general information on the building or just any questions at all. Excellent service and overall great experience at this building.

This was mine & my partners first apartment, and the landlord Christina made it a wonderful experience. She is such a great building manager, always able to answer any questions right away and responds very quickly as well. Very sweet woman who always does her best to make everything perfect for everyone!

The apartments themselves were great in my opinion, we had a two bed two bath and it was a good space without being too big or too small. Get's a little warm in there without AC in the summer but other than that, never had any issues the year we lived here! Had to come get our faucet replaced once but when I let Christina know she had someone come to fix it the next day!

All in all, I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Nice quiet building in a good location too!
