I have known this dealership since they opened their doors. They are bar none one of the best Arctic Cat dealers that Alberta offers. Their customer service is fantastic and their atmosphere is the small town family atmosphere that makes it such a great place to visit. My family has attended the Hanna ATV races for 5+ years and if ever we had the smallest breakdown or required any part, the owner of Checker'd Flag would go out of his way to keep us running for the weekend. This place is top notch!!
Have been taking vehicles here for oil changes and now tune-ups for the past two years. I recently took my wife's SUV in for a tune-up and the mechanics noticed the front end making a noise it shouldn't be. Was a messed up linkage and bushings, which is being repaired for a reasonable price.
We had taken our vehicle to Fountain Tire twice specifically to have that noise looked at and they couldn't find it both times. Leave it to Checker'd Flag to notice it immediately without hassle.
I am very happy with the service and rates so far and will definitely keep taking my vehicles there for work.
