Location is good, with relevant adjacent establishments and lots of parking spaces. Registry personnel are service oriented and courteous people. Ruby is objective, strict but not lenient. Highly recommended registry.

I think this registry offers great service, it was fast and convenient for me. I had a woman named Rose test me for my drivers; she was kind and she was fair with marking me. In the end i passed! 5⭐️

I recommend this registry! I’m from Edmonton, but had heard a couple good things about this registry which is why I came here for my driving test. I’d failed a few times in Edmonton, but I finally passed here. The second I stepped in the door here I noticed a huge difference from the other couple I’d gone to before this one, this one was was clean and everyone was very nice. I wish I could I remember the testers name, he was awesome! He was very nice and I didn’t feel any rush to get started with the test, he said I could take all the time I needed before starting to drive, I explained to him why I had ended up coming to Sherwood park and not where I actually live, just him being nice and helping me feel not so stressed and anxious that this is a test, it helped my nerves go away and I was able to drive just like it was any other time I’ve driven. Even before I knew I passed, I felt like just because of how nice him and everyone else was there that even if I didn’t pass, I absolutely would have came here again to try the test again. I definitely feel that because of everyone’s nice attitude here is what made my nerves calm which made me drive well and I was able to pass because I was calm.

Ruby is absolutely phenomenal!
Her ability to naturally calm and comfort teenagers while combined with professionalism, makes Ruby something to admire!

My daughter who is naturally nervous and scared did her road test today in a big diesel truck, during rush hour traffic. Ruby instinctively instilled confidence and almost friendship within my daughter, in a matter of minutes. Thus creating the relaxed, supportive atmosphere to make the road test that much more enjoyable.

The interactions I had with Ruby today, as well as yesterday, regarding removing tinted windows. Was
also very inspiring, because of her principles and the manner in which she compassionately conducted herself!
