So I called the garage door repair company my friends used and scheduled an appointment. It was such a pleasure dealing with them as the scheduling was a breeze. Their technician came over quickly, and he diagnosed the problem efficiently. He didn't need much time to attend to the tracks and the pulley problem. He tackled it quickly, and he also kept the service fee affordable.

It was nice working with him, and he did his job efficiently. We were pleased because he got the garage door working correctly at an affordable cost. I was happy with choosing this company to do the work. They were the experts in this field, hands down. They already impressed me with their broad knowledge about garage doors from the get-go. The technician worked on the task carefully and efficiently. Whenever I approached and asked him questions, he would politely answer. Not only was he great at his job, but he was respectful and well-mannered, too. Best of all, he made the unit work like new.
