(February 14, 2021, 1:10 am)Our friends referred us to Ken to help us sell our townhome in south Edmonton after they had a great experience with him. He was super knowledgeable and quick to get our place on the market. We were eager for a quick sale and he definitely delivered. We had multiple offers in the first week and ended up accepting an offer at full list price. He made the subject removal process seamless even when trying to coordinate with a property management company and condo board. The new owner took possession less than a month from the time we listed and we closed at 99% of the list price which we were ecstatic about. The Edmonton market is difficult right now and we are thankful we had Ken to guide us through. We would recommend him a hundred times over to anyone looking for a reliable realtor. Thanks Ken!

Really great guy and really knows his stuff. Can't say enough good things about my dealings with him as a first time home buyer, and will definitely be dealing with him again in the future. -

Ken gathered the info on things most important to us, and really helped us find which surrounding area of Edmonton would be the best fit for our growing family. Ken found us a great home, in a great community. Close to parks and schools for our daughter, as well as a short easy commute into work for myself. Even after we took possession Ken has still made himself available to support us answering any questions we have had. We would 110% recommend Ken for any individual or family searching for the perfect home!
