(May 6, 2022, 7:36 pm)Food it tasty and amd smoothies are awesome, but how do you expect anyone to eat a sandwhich that is over stuffed with sauce and toppings. Execution is poor with food designe. Bibs should be given and about half a forrest of napkins. Took one bite of my sandwich and i wore the remaining portion. I would take that back to the kitchen to redesign a eadible version.

(May 3, 2022, 5:08 am)Today my wife and I went for lunch. We dined in today for the first time. The staff were friendly and the food was awesome. The ingredients are so fresh. They are doing a great job. We hope they do well in Sherwood Park.

(March 22, 2022, 6:01 pm)KB & Co is my favourite place for healthy eats on to go. I've been to this location three times now and the food is consistently delicious! My only complaint is that the wraps don't seem wrapped all that well compared to other KB & Co locations I have frequented - the wraps seem to fall apart pretty easy which can be frustrating. Overall, it is still the best vegan spot in all of Sherwood Park!

(February 15, 2022, 11:46 pm)I’ve been here twice now and I can truly say this is one of the hidden gems in Sherwood Park. I was actually just going back for a drink ..the cookies and cream protein shake👍👍 but my good friend insisted that I try their food and I just had a bacon avocado and lettuce tomato sandwich and by far was truly the best delicious sandwich I’ve had in town here. Reminds of my moms back home. It’s run by a very nice young lady who’s friendly and provides very good service .Most of their menu is gluten and dairy free… and very fresh ingredients. I will definitely be frequenting this place more often .Keep up the good work !!😊.
