(October 3, 2021, 6:19 pm)I want to take a moment to thank both Kelsey and Nicole for their outstanding work in putting together my new auto insurance package. I had continual insurance for 39 years. Unfortunately my vehicle died and I had been without insurance for a year. This seems to be a criminal act with some insurance companies. Possibly they wanted me to continue to have insurance on a vehicle I didn’t own any more? I’m not sure. I also needed to find insurance with partial/occasional business use. An insurance company I’d been with for many years and I still have home insurance with was willing to rate me as a new driver with a policy at almost $4000 a year. (You can be certain I will be switching my home policy away from them as soon as my term is up.) I first contacted Kelsey and then finished with Nicole. These agents were beyond fantastic and I told them I have no idea how they could ever have so much patience. Highly, highly, highly recommended. I ended up getting an amazing insurance package, with occasional business use and at a rate that was the best I’d found. I cannot say enough about my experience with Johnson. YOU GO GURL(S)!!!
