CDC Consulting is fast, priced competitively and has property appraisers across Canada. When I need an appraisal for a client or lender, I know I will get great service at a fair price. I also really like that I can use them in every province and they have qualified friendly staff.

I recently used this appraisal service in the Calgary area. The appraiser I worked with was friendly and professional. He provided me with a detailed report within 3 days. He was very easy to reach if I had any questions. The appraisal I received was accurate and well worth the fee! I would recommend this company they offered great customer service!

I've used CDC twice recently. The first order was to appraise the value of my primary residence. They provided a report and additional consultation all within 72hrs. I thought the price of the report was very fair (considering how fast they responded), their assessment was accurate, and was impressed by the appraisers knowledge & professionalism. The second order was to appraise the value of a home I was interested in purchasing privately. Within 1hr CDC had contacted me to confirm the order and schedule a day/time for the appraiser. Again, the price, assessment, professionalism, etc was all excellent. I don't write many online reviews but saw another "customer" had shared a 1-star review and I felt it was necessary to share my positive experience with CDC as I don't think they're capable of delivering anything short of 5-star service. One last thing I'll comment on that I appreciated was the ease of communication. CDC would call, email, or text as per my preference, and the final appraisal reports were delivered in hard copy as well as email. They were quick to follow up and answer any questions/concerns I had at any time. This company is awesome - and I recommend them to anyone making real estate deals.
