He provided steps to move forward with a new water softener unit and was very transparent about pricing etc..... no pressure sales at all!
Thankful to have someone like this to call when we need help - wish we had found him sooner! -

He provides efficient, knowledgeable and professional services taking care to address any other issues that are evident during the work (like my faulty gas turn off valve). I have full trust in Sean and the quality of his work and unreservedly recommend him.

This is quality work and you can be confident that the plumbing issue will be repaired well and workspace clean afterwards. Sean, the owner, initially researched the age of the unit and then gave me a list of options for repair or replacement of the 10 year old unit. We decided to replace the existing unit and further discussions resulted in having it moved to a more suitable location to open up the room. The end result was very satisfying and it was done at a reasonable cost. I found Sean to be a very conscientious and personable individual and would highly recommend Bigfoot Plumbing and Heating.
