James said from the beginning to be prepared that it would probably take months and not a few weeks to recover from surgery to both my knees. i continue to progress and improve my mobility every month. Im very happy with Acceleration and definitely recommend James Squires as a physiotherapist.

(May 2, 2022, 3:19 pm)Highly recommend Brittney and Acceleration Physio. Brittney helped me with my TMJ stiffness and pain and was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. I was so grateful to be able to access a professional who knew how to treat TMJ and was willing to keep trying multiple strategies until we found a mix that worked. She equipped me with the tools I need to be able to manage any jaw stiffness that re-emerges on my own.

(February 23, 2022, 3:48 am)James is hands down the best physiotherapist I’ve ever worked with. I’ve seen him for acute and chronic issues and always have great results. His assessments are thorough, his treatment plans are helpful, and he makes customized adjustments as treatment progresses. No generic treatments and waiting around while your physiotherapist bounces between multiple appointments. You get his full attention the whole time and the space is very comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

(December 9, 2021, 9:25 pm)Highly recommend Brittney and Acceleration Physiotherapy! I've seen Brittney for a few different injuries (carpal tunnel/wrist surgery and a recent foot injury). Brittney is caring and attentive and takes the time to get to know you and your injury. The treatment plans she designed for me were highly effective, and very responsive to what I needed and experienced between sessions. I've been to other physios where all they did was give me exercises, but with Brittney she also spent time breaking down scar tissue, working out muscle knots, etc. She also tested strength and range of motion and other things each session to help measure my progress and adapt her treatment plan.
I also appreciated the app she uses, with helpful videos of each exercise and the option to set up daily reminders to do the exercises. The facility is also great. Spacious, clean, and well setup. The physiotherapists have private treatment rooms which is appreciated. The booking process was easy, and they always ran on time. I'll recommend this place to anyone who needs a great physiotherapist.
