(March 22, 2022, 4:49 am)Got a couple of the seasoned birch totes to use in my offset smoker and I have nothing but good things to say. Burns hot and clean, very little ash, and catches quickly. Will definitely come back once I've burned through my supply. Kiln dried is great for campfires but for a smoker you do really need a properly seasoned wood, which these cats have covered. I only wish I had more storage space so I could buy in bulk!

(February 28, 2022, 12:55 am)I picked up a beautiful bag of cherrywood. It had a variety of sizes in it. I used it to smoke some pork tenderloins with. The smoke was a very nice thick white smooth. It made nice coals that kept their heat for a long time. I will be most definitely getting another bag or 2.
