(December 18, 2021, 4:35 am)Visited the store for the first time today, and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service. I came in unsure of what i wanted to do with my hair but, the black girl at the till helped me find exactly what I needed and recommend some great products for my natural hair. Will definitely be back. Thanks girl!

She is awesome handling clients that come in and made the experience memorable. Her customer service skills are amazing. I look forward to coming back soon.❤️❤️

I feel like this location tends to have the best selection, but my last few visits were disappointing. 1 clerk was more focused on talking to her friend that was just hanging out also came off like I was just bothering her so I was not comfortable. Another time the store shouldve been open 2 hours ago and no one was there. I called their main line and clearly someone should've been there. I waited another 30 minutes and then left. Also a few rimes I inquired about ordering a specific wig that I purchased there previously and they said just contact us on instagram. I called, I messaged on instagram, and got no responses back even weeks later. 😅
