Took Billie in for a de-shedding treatment - what a remarkable difference and she smells so good and her fur is puppy soft again! Chelsea is the best!!!!!!!

We recently boarded our dog BetsyBoo at High Tails.
Debbie and her team exceeded our expectations.
From the great on-boarding process, to the text updates, and reassurances, and the care and attention that our dog was given, we can’t say enough good things. They understand dogs.
What a great experience! Our dog came home happy and content, and we can recommend High Tails with a high degree of confidence.

I liked the staff and my dog had a great week. It has a extremely strict pick up policy so I would choose another option but if you live close by its a strong option.
You can only pick up bw 5 and 7 pm
and a similar small window in morning. So if you're flying in and live in SW or other side of city it's super inconvenient.

We needed care for our pup while we had Renos completed. So on short notice High tails took in our very nervous pup. They were absolutely amazing with her!! Introducing her one one one with other dogs!! Sending us pictures of her playing, and looking so happy!! What a huge relief!! We needed a 5 th night added unexpectedly, and kept her with no troubles! Absolutely impressed with everyone at high tails, was very uncertain how it would all go, but they made it so easy!! Marley loved it there! Would highly recommend High tails!!

High Tails Pet Resort is the absolute best grooming and boarding facility in the Calgary/Airdire area. I reached out to their grooming department after our rescue had some very negative experiences with other groomers in Airdrie. I explained that Bandit was very nervous of new people and was not a huge fan of being clean. Debbie was so wonderful in assuring me that they would work with him through his fear. Their work was amazing every time and Bandit had wonderful experiences with them. I also had bandit attend daycare and overnight boarding, both were excellent. The staff are wonderful and always willing to have a chat about any concerns you may have. They also have an off leash area that you can rent that is great for fear reactive dogs. Unfortunately we no longer reside in Calgary, and I have yet to find any facility as wonderful as theirs in Vancouver. We miss them very much!
