(June 10, 2021, 8:57 pm)I just changed my irrigation system maintenance to Next Rain this year. I wish I did it earlier. We had broken sprinkler pipes and damaged heads. They did a very good job to fix them. I called them again one week later to adjust one of the head for the water spray. The technician came the next day, adjusted the water spray as I liked and didn’t charge me. I appreciated their quick response, friendly and knowledgeable technicians. I like the text message to tell me the technician is on the way each time. Debra is very friendly and patient on the phone to schedule the visit. We definitely will use Next Rain again.

(May 18, 2021, 8:06 pm)Geordie did our cross connection testing as well as our set up since we were making some changes due to landscaping. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely proactive in public health protocols. While we knew what we wanted our irrigation to do on completion, we weren't sure of the best way to set it up, he helped us determine the best options, got everything completed quickly and coordinated with the contractors on site to make sure no one was inconvenienced and showed us how to make minor adjustments as needed once our garden was complete, and ensured I was on the correspondence to the city.
Particularly in these times when we aren't interacting with others as much, Geordie was an excellent representative of Next Rain and we will continue to use them for our irrigation needs. Thanks again!
