A family business that has been running for many years with a long-standing reputation of excellent, consistent service. All special instructions stay on file and are followed on an ongoing basis. Have had no issues after using their service for well over 10 years.
10 years ago I had an issue with my septic tank filling up very quickly. My original septic removal firm was happy to drop by every couple weeks to empty my tank. Rockyview Aqua was quickly able to diagnosis and fix the issue. Anyone that is brave enough to go into a septic tank to fix a problem earns my respect.
Kraig and his team do a great job and are awesome people to deal with when they call to remind you that its time for a service (thank you for this!) and come to your home. Rockyview Aqua has been servicing our septic system since 2010 and I like that they are a local family run business that provides professional service.
