(May 16, 2022, 12:41 am)We have used Naiad Irrigation Systems for our sprinkler Spring Activation and Winterization process each year. They have always been easy to book and pay online and now that I am part of the membership program, it is much easier to book my appointments each autumn and spring with early appointment times. The technicians are always friendly and professional and helpful when needed. We just had Daniel out for our Spring Activation and he was so helpful. He checked the sprinkler system hardware and software and he was able to change out a couple sprinkler heads that day. I was really impressed at the attention to detail that Daniel took. I'm so pleased with Naiad Irrigation and I can't imagine anyone else helping with our sprinkler system.

(May 16, 2022, 12:20 am)Naiad provides excellent repair and maintenance of our irrigation system. They are very easy to book, and schedule routine maintenance months in advance so you can plan. The technician who started our system this year, Matt, was extremely professional. He tested the system, took photos of all of the required repairs, and received my approval with costs before proceeding. I really like the service that Naiad provides, and highly recommend them.

(May 14, 2022, 7:26 pm)Shane was incredible. He was the most thorough guy that has ever come to do my Spring Activation. He checked all my nozzles and noted that one that was installed originally was not covering the full area it was supposed to. He replaced it with a nozzle with greater coverage and even updated my app to better identify the zones. It explains why I was getting dry spots every year. Very impressed with Shane, and he extremely nice and professional. I hope I get him every time I have service on my system.

The start up, blow out and inspection services are great. I would definitely recommend using Naiad to anyone looking to install an irrigation system.
