(January 2, 2023, 6:10 am)We had very pleasant experience at the store yesterday. About week ago, I went to actually see the shoes on sale and not to buy anything.. I already bought shoes two months ago which does not fit well and got losen up after I wore 3-4 times. So, during conversation I told the manager that I have shoes and does not fit well. She asked to see the shoes. So, I showed her my shoes this time and she said she can give credit for shoes.. I bought another pair and and one pair for my Wife. She gave some tips to fit shoes better..
I am really thankful to the manager who understand the issue and helped me to bought the perfect fit shoes.

(August 20, 2022, 6:27 am)Very helpful staff. Acknowledged me as soon as I walked into the store. The girl who helped me was so sweet. It was my first time shopping at ECCO. The shoes are very comfortable. I feel like they have so many more options it’s hard to pick just one. Awesome customer service I will definitely be coming back!

(September 5, 2019, 5:23 am)Very good quality shoes, comfortable for work. Theo only thing is that their collection is not very fashionable it’s mainly focused on comfort. The store is clean, well organized and well lit with a good overall ambiance. The clearance section is relatively small and could use more items added to it. Overall the men’s collection there is better than the women’s.
